A large list of conference topics was shared over 1 month prior to my visit with Dr. Aragao and the local coordinators at the different hospitals, resulting in the selection of the conference topics to be presented at the Pernambuco Radiological Society annual meeting and the multiple hospitals.

  2. Teaching session at the Neuropsychology Graduate Program of Universidad Federal de Pernambuco, sponsored by Dr. Fatima Aragao, Monday August 7, 2023. Topics covered were Imaging of Anterior, Central and Posterior Skull Base.
  3. Teaching session at the Auditorium of the Medical Sciences Center, Universidad Federal de Pernambuco, to an audience of radiology and neurology residents, medical students, clinical and medical school faculty – Tuesday August 8, 2023. Topics covered were:  Imaging of Paranasal Sinus Pathology; Stroke CT, CTA and CT Perfusion; Stroke MRI, MRA and MR Perfusion.
  4. Teaching session at the Auditorium of the Barao de Lucerna Hospital on Wednesday morning August, to an audience of radiology residents and faculty. Topics covered were Stroke CT, CTA and CT Perfusion; Stroke MRI, MRA and MR Perfusion.
  5. Teaching session at the Instituto de Medicina Integral Professor Fernando Figueira (IMIP) radiology residency program Wednesday afternoon August 9, to an audience of radiology residents and faculty. Topics covered Anatomy, function and pathology of paranasal sinuses, focused to pediatric patients.
  6. Teaching session at the Hospital de Restauracao radiology residency program Thursday morning August 10,to an audience of radiology residents and faculty. Topics covered were Imaging of Acute Stroke: CT, CTA and CT Perfusion; Imaging of Acute Stroke: MRI, MRA and MR Perfusion.
