Preferred dates for the Professorship (a date range is acceptable): Between November 17-30, 2025, preferably in the second to the third week of November. The date coincides with the routine annual scientific program (symposium and workshops) organized by the host organization. Around 200-300 participants (radiologists, radiology trainee/residents, and general practitioners) attend this event each year. We would like to invite the assigned professor to speak at this event so that more people may benefit from the outreach program.
Frequency (for example, once per year, or twice per year, or once every two years, etc.): Annually
Duration (a range of durations in acceptable): Two weeks
The Host Organization will provide (describe what expenses and resources will be covered by the host organization): Local transport, some meals, sightseeing activities
Activities expected of the Professor:
- Give didactic lectures and conduct case discussions and reviews of teaching files
- Deliver MR and CT protocol workshops to help optimize our scan protocols
- Discuss multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting cases and attend MDTs
- Offer advice and aid residents in their preparation for board examination
- Participate in our annual scientific program as a guest speaker
