Not a Member? Join ASNR Today and Save on Your Registration
To join, ASNR, click on the “Join” button at the top of this page to access the membership application. If applying for ASNR membership to receive the discounted registration rate, you will need to wait to register for ASNR25 at the member rate until your ASNR membership has been approved. This may take up to 3 business days. Once you receive email confirmation of your ASNR membership approval, you can register for ASNR25 at the member rate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to April 10, 2025, will receive a refund, less a $150 administrative fee.  Cancellations received between April 10, 2025, and May 7, 2025, will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after May 7, 2025. All requests to switch registration type, from in-person to on-demand, will be charged a $100 administration free. 

All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to membership@asnr.org.
