A deposit equal to the one night room and tax will be charged at the time a guest makes a room reservation, and upon check-in, will be applied towards the guest’s bill.

A 72-hour cancellation policy applies to all group reservations.

Taxis
Terminal A-F: Ground Transportation Pick-Up Zones – ZONE 5 – Taxicabs

Taxicabs are readily available and can be accessed at Zone 5 on the S. Commercial Roadway.

  •  Proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Taxis/Zone 5. 
  • For International passengers arriving in Terminal A- West, take the elevators to the Ground Floor. Taxicabs can be accessed at Zone 5 on the S. Commercial Roadway follow the Ground Transportation signs for Taxis/Zone 5.)
  • A one-way ride can cost $28 and $58, depending on traffic

Lyft/Uber
Ride Share Pick up from all terminals: Ground Transportation Pick-Up Zones – ZONE 7 – Ride Share App Services
If you plan to use Uber, Lyft, or another app-based ride service after landing at PHL:

  • Proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
  • Ride App pick-up zones are located on the S. Commercial Road outside of each Baggage Claim.
  • Exit through the doors onto the S. Commercial Rd. and continue to follow signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
  • A one-way ride can cost between $25 and $35

Subway Station/SEPTA Info
Terminals A-East, B, C-D, and E. Terminal F passengers board and exit at Terminal E

Directions from Baggage Claim:

  • Exit Zones 5-8 side.
  • Cross the small street to the North Platform.
  • Use pedestrian walkways between terminals and baggage claims to reach the train platform.

Service Details:

  • Connects Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Center City via the Airport Regional Rail Line.
  • Schedule: Every 30 mins (weekdays), hourly (weekends/holidays).
  • Trip Time: ~25 mins with one intermediate stop.
  • Hours: 5:00 am-12:00 am, daily.
  • Accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible.
  • A one-way ride can cost between $7 and $8
