To register CLICK HERE. Please use your ASNR username and password to begin your ASNR 2025 registration.

If you forgot your password, go to ASNR. Click on “Login” then click “Forgot Your Password.”

Please note: If applying for ASNR membership to receive the discounted registration rate, you will need to wait to register for ASNR25 at the member rate until your ASNR membership has been approved. This may take up to 3 business days. Once you receive email confirmation of your ASNR membership approval, you can register for ASNR25 at the member rate.

May 17 – May 21, 2025, at the Philadelphia Marriot Downtown.

After you have completed the registration process, please check your email. We will send you registration confirmation with your receipt. If you did not receive the email, please contact membership@asnr.org.

Cancellations received prior to April 10, 2025, will receive a
refund, less a $150 administrative fee.  Cancellations received between April 10, 2025, and May 7, 2025, will receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after May 7, 2025. All requests to switch
registration type, from in-person to on-demand, will be charged a $100 administration free. 

All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to membership@asnr.org.

No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, are required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.

No, there will not be any live streaming during ASNR25. Sessions will be recorded and available on-demand, post-event. Content can be viewed at your leisure/as your time allows (no need to take days off of work)!

Badges can be picked up at the following location:5th Floor, Grand Ballroom Foyer
Saturday: 10:00 am– 6:00 pm
Sunday-Wednesday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

A 3 day in-person registration includes all scheduled programming and meals/breaks/receptions for the designated days. The ASNR Appreciation Gala is an extra add-on for all packages. Your package also includes On-Demand access (no content will be livestreamed at the event). 

Note: Your badge will indicate your package and you will not be able to access functions outside of those days.

A 5 day in-person registration includes all scheduled programming and meals/breaks/receptions for the entire event, this include the pre-conference symposia and main conference sessions.  The ASNR Appreciation Gala is an extra add-on for all packages.  Your package also includes On-Demand access (no content will be livestreamed at the event). 

Note: Your badge will indicate your package.

The ASNR Appreciation Gala is a dinner and party hosted by the current ASNR president where community achievements are recognized along with an elegant dinner, including entertainment, networking, and fun.
