Layout Selection Process:
ASNR staff works with your team in creating the floorplan to save on time and resources.  We will send you a suggested floorplan based on the needed assets (furniture, poster kiosk, etc.), from there you are able to upgrade your options and make suggested changes. All floorplans are subject to final review/approval of ASNR staff, venue and expo company.

ASNR25 Exhibit Hall Hours

  • Saturday, May 17: Set-Up
  • Sunday, May 18: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Monday, May 19: 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, May 20: 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, May 21: AM Break and Teardown

Included in all ASNR25 Packages
Placement of your choice, selected on first come first serve basis. Branding at event and in conference app. Full promotion and logistical support for Booth, Kiosk or Lounge. Full conference access for allotted staff registrations (all sessions and social events). Lead Retrieval .

Available Add-Ons:

Innovation Theater Session: $4,000
15-minute Theater Session given at lunch or break in the exhibit hall theater. Content/speaker provided by you and promoted by ASNR. Widely popular and well-attended!  NEW THIS YEAR: The theaters will be “silent” to prevent competing noise in the hall; attendees will all receive a headset with audio feed to session.

Additional Staff Registrations: $450
Send staff that is not included in your package for a low registration price of $450.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 1/20/2025 will receive a $250 charge; after 1/20/2025 and before 4/1/2025 cancellations will receive a $750 fee Cancellations after 4/1/2025 will be charged the full amount. All cancellations must be received in writing to qualify for a refund.

Booth/Space Assignments
Exhibitors are assigned space based on when the contract and payment is received. It is first come, first serve basis. At time of application, you make pick from available booths reflected on the interactive map.

Location
The 2025 exhibit hall is located in the heart of the action, on the main activity level, next to registration and general session. ASNR25 is also offering Lounge and Kiosk spaces in the main thoroughfare hallway as an alternative to the hall. These are a great option for those wanting a quieter setting (no adjacent booths) but a constant and steady flow of traffic.
