Membership Committee

Purpose

The Membership Committee’s primary purpose is to promote the enrollment and participation of PhDs, and other trained Neuroscientists in the Society and provide input on how to enhance the member offerings of the Society.

  • Works with staff in generating ideas, creating and reviewing strategies and plans for increasing membership and membership value.
  • Review applications for individuals who do not meet membership category criteria.
  • Consider changes in the Constitution needed to reflect the changing needs of the Society and its membership and make recommendations to the Rules Committee on such matters.

Time Commitment

The committee shall hold conference calls as needed.
